The Executive Board (AY 2023-2024)
The Executive Board of the University of the Philippines Mathematics Majors' Circle is the governing and policy-making body of the organization. For the academic year 2023-2024, it is composed of 7 officers: the President, the Internal Vice President, the External Vice President, the Secretary Officer-in-Charge, the Finance Officer-in-Charge, the Special Affairs Officer, the Publicity Officer, and the Membership Officer-in-Charge.
PRESIDENT: Jordan Roque V. Cadeliña
The President assumes the responsibility of overseeing all General Membership and Executive Board meetings . They are also tasked with signing all resolutions and documents related to the organization's activities. Additionally, they play a role in supervising and coordinating all activities of the organization, ensuring that the initiatives align with the organizations' goal. The President also holds the power to authorize disbursements from the organization's funds, making sure that financial transactions are carried out in an accountable manner.
ACADEMIC OFFICER-IN-CHARGE: Jeremiah Daniel A. Regalario
The Academic Officer-in-Charge assumes the responsibility of overseeing the organization's scholarship program. They are in charge of screening all eligible candidates for the program, and will eventually select the final recipient(s) of the scholarship. Additionally, the Internal Vice President acts as the Committee Chairperson for the Academic Committee. They focus more on the academic engagement and development within and outside the organization.
EXTERNAL VICE PRESIDENT: Louis Zenen S. Dela Cruz
The External Vice President serves as the liaison officer in relation with other organizations. Their primary responsibility is to maintain relationships with these clubs. This involves representing the organization in meetings, events, and negotiations. The External Vice President also serves as the Committee Chairperson for the External Relations Committee. They are responsible in engaging with partnerships and pursue collaborative opportunities.
SECRETARIAT OFFICER-IN-CHARGE: Katrina Zeta Luz V. Fernandez
The Secretariat Officer-in-Charge holds responsibilities related to documentation within the organization. Their primary duty is to maintain the official papers including the minutes of all General Membership and Executive Board meetings. They also certify the acts of organization after confirming the accuracy of the documents. In addition, the Secretary acts as the Committee Chairperson for the Secretariat Committee. They are in charge of ensuring that the organizational procedures are in place.
FINANCE OFFICER-IN-CHARGE: Lebron James S. Pangilinan
The Treasurer holds responsibilities in managing the organization's finances. Their main job is to keep record of all funds collected and disbursed and define the financial obligations of all members, subject to the approval of the Executive Board. They are also asked to provide financial reports as an overview of the organization's financial status. Additionally, the Treasurer serves as the Committee Chairperson for the Finance Committee. They focus on financial planning (IGPs, scholarship) and monitoring within the organization.
SPECIAL AFFAIRS OFFICER: Kyla Louise M. Ramos
The Special Affairs Officer shall supervise endorsing non-academic and non-fundraising activities to the Executive Board. This is to assess the feasibility and potential impact of the proposed activity. The Special Affairs Officer also acts as the Committee Chairperson for the Special Affairs Committee. They organize activities that help in maintaining the camaraderie and relationships among the members.
PUBLICITY OFFICER: Maxine T. Darvin
The Publicity Officer shall manage the organization's communication and public image. Their duty is to oversee the release of all notices, publications and statements concerning the organization. The Publicity Officer serves as the Committee Chairperson of the Publicity Committee. They play a role in developing strategies to further promote the organization and make sure that the publications truly represent the organization's values.
MEMBERSHIP OFFICER-IN-CHARGE: Joshua Miguel A. Sison
The Membership Officer holds responsibility related to the membership and disciplinary aspects of the organization. Their major task is to ensure that organization's rules and regulations are upheld by all members. They also supervise the application process and every engagements for this. In addition, the Membership Officer acts as the Committee Chairperson for the Membership Committee.

The Board of Representatives shall represent their respective committees and shall have powers and duties as defined by the Executive Board.
